Early check-in (12:00 p.m.) and late check-out (1:00 p.m.) require advance reservations and are subject to an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour (incl. tax).

Free oven-fresh bread baked every morning with care by our staff, coffee, juice and soup are available from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for guests staying at the hotel. After breakfast, guests may use the lounge free of charge for business meetings, as a place to meet friends, and the like.

For those arriving by train (JR)

Go out the West Exit at JR Higashi-Muroran Station, walk straight and turn left at the third traffic light.
Hotel New Budget Muroran (Nakajima-cho 2-chome) is located a street away from Seicomart (Nakajima-cho 3-chome).

JR Hokkaido

For those arriving by car

From the Noboribetsu-Muroran IC

Head toward Muroran on National Highway Route 36.
At the intersection with National Highway Route 37 (Toyota Rent-a-car on the right), turn right onto Route 37, and turn right again at the Muroran Branch of the Date Wasabi shop on the right.
On the right-hand side is a Seicomart convenience store; Hotel New Budget is on the left-hand side, one block from the road.

From the Muroran IC

Turn left (toward Higashi Muroran) after leaving the expressway at the interchange.
Head straight past the Muroran Branch of the Yamada Denki Techland electrical appliance store, and you’ll see Hotel Sunroute on your right. At the next set of traffic signals, turn right. Hotel New Budget is on the right-hand side, one block from the road.
